Jessie Lee

(1996 -) Jessie is a dancer, actor, special action performer & fitness instructor & will be teaching the yoga classes here at Hirondelle Productions.

Jessie trained at Central school of Ballet, where she found a love for yoga & pilates. Enjoying the mental freedom & functionality they provided away from the ‘ballet girl stereotype. Since coming back to the industry Jessie strives to inspire & prove to people that you can be anything & everything that you want. Taking her own advice has since started training as a stunt woman, learning martial arts, unarmed/armed screen combat & firearms for film. She does it all! & wouldn’t have it any other way!

Box HIIT, is a 45 minute circuit style classes with weights, plyometrics, body weight strength, cardiovascular exercises & a boxing bag. Focusing on functional movements challenging balance, coordination, big ranges of motion, whilst focus on striking technique & good footwork.

Barre Signature & Sculpt, are based on the use of eccentric movements, isometric contractions to build strength, stability & muscular endurance but keep your muscles long & lean. Barre in general is it’s suitable for pre/post natal women & is very easily modified for people suffering or recovering from an injury.

Yoga, A dynamic yoga flow, making it functional for people whether they are dancers or fighters.
